A: We are authorized access to all mental hygiene programs licensed by the New York State Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD), the Office of Mental Health (OMH) and the Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services (OASAS).
Q: I think the executive director of the agency I work at is stealing money, getting kickbacks, or is overpaid. What can I do to stop this?
Q: I think an employee is stealing money, maybe their SSI funds, from a mentally retarded, mentally ill and disabled consumer. What should I do?
Q: I think my supervisor is billing Medicaid for services that are not being performed or provided. Is this Medicaid fraud or fiscal abuse?
