Fiscal Oversight

CQCAPD's Fiscal Bureau is charged under NYS law to review the cost effectiveness in the management, supervision, and delivery of mental hygiene programs. We:

• Investigate allegations of fiscal fraud, waste, and abuse
• Conduct cost effectiveness studies
• Provide oversight to all OPWDD, OMH, and OASAS licensed and contracted providers; and to impacted Adult Homes
